SERVICES
At Process Physical Therapy and Performance, we are determined to learn and provide the best treatments to help you get back to the activities you love to do and perform at a higher level!
Each session is 1 hour, one-on-one, with emphasis on education, movement analysis, and manual therapy. At Process, you are provided with individualized treatment that helps you recover faster.
This may not be like any other physical therapy you have experienced. Process Physical Therapy, is performance based and you will spend more time off of a massage table than on one. We focus on how well you move and perform, not solely your injury. This requires us to watch you perform activities that you enjoy, that may currently be challenging or painful. We will provide appropriate treatment to decrease discomfort and improve efficiency of those movements.
We want to keep you moving, because movement is medicine. We will discuss what activities are still safe for you to perform, although you may be recovering from an injury.

DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?
Process Physical Therapy and Performance is an out of network provider and do not directly accept insurance.
Current insurance re-imbursement rates lead to companies seeing more than one patient at a time and/or seeing patients for shorter periods. Process values your treatment, recovery, and time. I believe you deserve better quality and care. Insurance should no be in control of your care or determine how many visits you should have.
By not allowing insurance to control your care, you will require less visits and may spend less money if you take into account co-pay, deductibles, and extra visits.
CAN I BILL MY INSURANCE?
We can provide you with a Superbill that will provide proof of your appointment and all of the information needed to submit for reimbursement.
Additionally, you should be able to locate forms for reimbursement claims on your insurance's website. You can send these forms in with the provided Superbill. Reimbursement is dependent upon your insurance plan.
