How long are sessions, and what does a typical visit look like?

Every session is a full 60 minutes, one-on-one with your physical therapist. There are no aides, no shared time, and no generic exercise handouts. You'll work directly with a DPT who assesses how you move, provides hands-on treatment, and coaches you through exercises tied to your specific goals and sport.

Will I have to stop training while I'm in PT?

Not usually. Keeping you moving is part of the plan. We work with your training schedule and adjust load or intensity when needed so you stay active throughout the process. For most people, smart training is a key part of getting better — not something to pause while you're in PT.
