Your Clinician, Every Session

No rotating staff, no shared appointments. You always work directly with the same DPT from your first visit to your last.

Performance-Grade Assessment Tools

We use force plate testing, running gait analysis, and SFMA frameworks to find exactly what is limiting you and build your plan around real data.

I have really enjoyed working with Dr Jasmine at Process Physical Therapy. At our appointments you get 1 on 1 attention and she cares for you as a whole and doesn’t just focus on your injury. She is knowledgeable with many different techniques. I have been dealing with pain and lack of motion in my neck and after Dry Needling, I have had a lot of relief. Thank you Doctor Jasmine!
Alexandria Buford
Dr. Jasmine is the best. I’ve had chronic shoulder pain for the past 15-odd years and she gave me the tools to fix it once and for all. A great doctor who knows exactly what’s required and I can’t recommend her highly enough.
Nathan Weinberger
I can't speak highly enough of Process PTP and Dr. Jaz. I've seen her twice now -- once to work through a years-old shoulder injury and once to work through a newer back strain. Dr. Jaz is accessible, deeply knowledgeable, and eager to get you back in the gym, on the court, or even just moving around your own house. I wish I could give Process more than five stars!
Heather Cronk
I’ve been working with jasmine on a shoulder injury and without a doubt she’s the best. I not only feel better but the wealth of knowledge I’ve gained has been so helpful with form and preventing future injuries. Her wealth of knowledge has been so helpful and her treatment go far beyond just mending and injury.
Patricia Bennett
Within about 10 weeks Dr J was able to help me almost completely eliminate some very bothersome pain in my neck, shoulders, and arms that I had for the last few years. My work day is much more productive and comfortable due to the better mobility and strength she helped me develop in some critical areas around my neck.
Olivia Banks
Doc Jasmine is absolutely amazing! She’s very attentive and also very knowledgeable. Equally as awesome of a person. She’s helped improve my mobility by leaps and bounds, which has helped me a ton in the gym working out.

I found Dr. Jasmine just after severe injury. What a gift! Her comprehensive approach was what I needed. The combo of 1-to-1 exercise sessions, hands-on treatment, and home strengthening work was great. She is very knowledgeable, motivating, and encouraging. Flexible when needed and inspirational always. Very grateful for five months of rehab and release! Best PT experience ever.

Dr. Jasmine is amazing. She quickly and accurately diagnosed my back and knee issues. She designed a thorough program to not only address the acute problem but also to ensure my long term success. She was flexible with my very chaotic schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Jasmine!
Dre khoury
Jasmine was fantastic to work with after a knee injury kept me from playing tennis. She listened carefully, adjusted accordingly, kept me on track with a home program, and left me with work to keep up the improvement after I return to the court. I highly recommend the practice!

FAQs

Answers to the questions we hear most from athletes and active adults considering Process PT.

Is cash-based physical therapy worth it if I have insurance?

Cash-based PT means you get a full hour with the same DPT every visit, no aides, no double-booking, no rushing through a protocol. Many patients find that fewer, higher-quality sessions produce better, longer-lasting results than a high volume of impersonal visits. We also provide a superbill after each session so you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Will I have to stop training while I'm in physical therapy?

Not necessarily. Keeping you active through the process is a core part of how we approach care. We take time to understand the demands of your specific sport or training, then build a plan that lets you keep moving as much as safely possible while your body recovers.

Does Process PT bill my insurance directly?

We are a cash-based clinic and do not bill insurance directly. We accept HSA and FSA cards and provide a detailed superbill after each session, which you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients are pleasantly surprised by what they get back.

How long will my care plan take?

Every patient is different, and we don't operate off generic timelines. After your initial assessment, we will give you a clear picture of what your care plan looks like based on your specific situation, how your body responds to treatment, and the goals you want to hit before we wrap up.

What can I expect during my first visit at Process PT?

Your first session is a full hour of movement assessment with your DPT. We look at how you move, identify where you are limited, and begin to understand what is actually driving your symptoms so everything we do from that point forward is built around your body, not a general protocol.

Still have questions?

We are happy to chat through what you are dealing with before you commit to anything.
