Physical Therapists in Riverdale, MD Who Have Been Where You Are
Athletes Who Get It Because They've Been There
Process PT was founded by a DPT-level athlete who knows what it means to deal with pain and not want to lose the activities you love. Every session is one hour, one-on-one with your provider, no aides, no rushing, no guessing. Just clear answers and a plan.

Built for Athletes Who Refuse to Quit
We started Process PT because we experienced firsthand how isolating and impersonal traditional PT could be and we knew there was a better way. This clinic was designed to be everything a rehab experience should be: intentional, educational, and fully built around the person walking through the door.
Care That Goes Beyond the Table
We built Process PT around a simple belief: you deserve more than a rushed session and a handful of generic exercises. Here is what that looks like every time you walk through our door.
One-on-One Every Time
No aides, no shared sessions, just you and your DPT for the full hour, every single visit.
Education Is Treatment
You leave every session knowing what is happening, why it happened, and exactly what to do next.
Movement Is Medicine
We keep you as active as possible throughout care because stopping entirely is rarely the right answer.
Intentional Every
Visit
Every assessment, every intervention, and every session is planned with purpose, no filler, no guesswork.

Hey everyone! Helping people in the medical and sports world is something I always wanted to do, from the age of 13, when I tore my ACL and menisus! I was able to pursue that dream when I graduated from Elon University with my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2016.
Soon after, I began practicing and loved it. However, I found myself constantly thinking “there has to be more.” Not only more for me, but for you as the patient. I envisioned a place where patients could receive top-tier care and spend more time off a table, rather than on a table. A place I could provide my patients with quality assessment and treatment every time they walk in the door, without being rushed, having to juggle multiple patients, or utilize physical therapy aides to flow patients through exercises. I also wanted to create an environment where I could be as intentional as possible, to help athletes return to the activities they love without completely stopping the activities they love. We were created to move and I don’t believe any injury should be able to take that away from an individual. Enter the birth of Process Physical Therapy and Performance!
I am now happy to provide one-one-one, individualized care, created to keep you moving and enhance your performance, using tools such as Dry Needling, Rocktape, Functional Movement/Selective Functional Movement Assessments, Original Strength, and Integrated Kinetic Neurology.
When I'm not helping athletes in the clinic I enjoy playing (and watching) basketball, rooting for the Carolina Panthers, and participating in Crossfit.

Hey everyone! I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Elon University in North Carolina. Prior to transitioning to physical therapy, I completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Howard University in Washington, DC, and a Master’s in Accounting at American University. Before changing careers, I worked as a financial statement auditor for the United States Federal Government.
My decision to pursue physical therapy stemmed from a desire to make a tangible difference in people's lives, particularly in helping recreational athletes reach peak performance and prevent injuries. My personal experience with rehabilitation following an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury deepened my understanding of human movement and the importance of smart training. My passion for cycling and triathlons also sparked my interest in working with endurance athletes.
As a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), I participate in both the Orthopedic and Sports Sections. In my free time, I enjoy cycling and exploring the outdoors.
I am a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists (ABPTS). I also hold a certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling (CMTPT) from Myopain Seminars and additionally have training in Manual Medicine and Bike Fitting.
