Process Physical Therapy and Performance exists to provide exceptional care, to help athletes and active adults maximize performance and return to the activities they love pain free. We provide one-on-one care and physical therapy that is tailored to you as an individual.

OUR 3 STEP RECOVERY process
STEP 1: Put THE FIRE OUT.
We decrease your pain and symptoms by using concepts such as breath work and taping, as well as manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue mobilization and dry needling.
STEP 2: ADDRESS THE ROOT CAUSE.
Through a series of assessment we will determine limitations in mobility, strength, motor control, and endurance. No guess work here!
STEP 3: give you tools to remain pain free long term!
We address the components and deficits that led to your initial injury. We want you to return to activity and sport, performing better than ever!

You may not identify yourself as an athlete, but you enjoy staying active and on the move in your daily life. This may look like playing with your children or grandchildren or going for walks or hikes. You deserve do be doing all of these things pain free! Get back the life you had before prior to injury and pain.
